Sleep Tests Online Sleep Quality Self-Rating Questionnaire (ASQ)

Free and anonymous screening tests

The test presented here is the Sleep Quality Self-Rating Questionnaire (ASQ), proposed by Ya. I. Levin et al. (1995). It is a short 6-item questionnaire that allows a quick, approximate assessment of sleep quality without going through lengthy multi-page questionnaires: time to fall asleep, duration and quality of sleep, number of night awakenings, number of dreams, and quality of morning awakening.

The test is designed for self-completion and takes only 1–2 minutes. The result is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace consultation with a specialist.

Insomnia, anxiety, and depression are often intertwined in practice and can reinforce one another. If you are more concerned about anxiety, tension, or worry, our anxiety test may help. If you are more concerned about low mood, loss of interest, or lack of energy, our depression test may help.
